these high temp boxes are terrible, Think they are on revision"f" maybe now. I have an "E" and my red light came on with the frig turned off, overheat when off, yea right.....

High Temp Limit Switch......OPEN

Means that temp switch has detected a very high temperature at perk tube/stack. That means that fridge cooling unit has failed (blockage/crack tubing)
OR
High temp controller has failed

But which one........real hogh temp or faulty device??

Do you have a 'Box with RED LED light ON' in outside compartment?
Can reset using a strong magnet.......place magnet against face of box and move back/forth until you hear 'click' and RED goes OFF
This will restore 12V DC to fridge and allow operation


BUT:
CAUTION: YOU NEED TO VISUALLY INSPECT COOLING UNIT TUBING/BURNER STACK/BURNER AREA FOR ANY YELLOW RESIDUE, ANY AMMONIA SMELL-------THAT MEANS CRACKED/BAD COOLING UNIT
DO NOT USE FRIDGE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>FIRE HAZARD


OR have an RV TECH Inspect and then if just faulty device vs bad cooling unit they can contact NORCOLD for replacement
