Got ya. I should of looked in his signature. I'm sure if I kept my wife from loading up her rock garden and such we'd be more than fine with it.

Bob, I'm 6''2" and have plenty of headroom in our 27-5L..they are full profile and have the arched ceiling. We looked at Outdoor RVs Galcier Peak and I would say they are good, but don't compare to the Arctic Fox line.

For vacations and weekends the Fox Mountain could do you fine.
For long trips, the Fox Mountain is short on storage

We are definitely not looking at full time. Week trips, weekenders. With my truck most all fifth wheel units start to max my 2,900 cargo limit. My tow capacity is 15.5.

Me thinks a TT is the best bet for roominess for my 6'6" frame and for towing. I tow a 2008 Keystone now, 31' 8300 lb with very much ease. But this Keystone has a interior height of about 6'7" and I just about have to wear a helmet!! LOL

JMiller is correct... re: weights. With my 2500 HD , and minimal loading. Over the TV GVWR,
and under the RAWR. I do not tow with fluids on board. The combo of 8.1l + Allison + 4.1 rear
end has enough to pull this at 12,600 #'s. In a perfect world (where I am wealthy) I would probably
have a 1 ton diesel duelly....but am trying to get to 20 years on this TV.

BTW...6'1" ... like the headroom in the bedroom, my head is in the dome in the shower.

With a 2500 truck, I think you will be over your weight limits with the 295. Please check your specs. A 2500 can tow a pretty large trailer. Are you just looking for a vacation unit, snowbird or full time?
