Sorry to hear of your plight. We've had our Silverback since new in '05 and sure we had some minor things fixed before we handed over the rest of the cash and 3 years later, CC replaced the axles and upgraded the rims, sent new tires at no cost due to bent axles at time of mfr. Pump for slides leaked and thru CC, Lippert replaced the pump at no cost. Couple years ago the floor in the BH was wet. Took it to dealer and they couldn't find a source. Though we don't travel many miles per year, we do many local trips within a couple hours of home due to work schedules. Been very happy and satisfied w/ our Creek. BTW, OP pointed out about shoddy construction/poor design etc. Was this not found during the PDI? Brought to dealers attention upon pick up? Something seems amiss.
