Using the W/D depends a lot on your camping style. If you go out long term, then a W/D is a good thing. If you are a weekender, or go a couple weeks at a time, here and there, then the W/D becomes less useful. And the additional space can be more useful than the W/D Combo.
So it depends on your RV'ing style. If in good shape and vented, I would think advertising for $500 would be a good place to start. If you cannot sell it for more than $400, then keep it and use it. Regardless of your RV style of use, it will be worth at least $400 to you. Hey you can use it as a laundry hamper if not in use.
Be sure not to remove it from the RV before selling it. Your buyer will want to see it run.
