not working when plugged into campground cable connection.

Some websites indicate there should be a switch for cable & TV. All I have is the booster switch, which I have turned off, and a cable connection. On the menu I found a channel cable scan and did a ch...

On my batwing booster:
Turn it off and it connects to the cable coax.
Rescan channels on the TV with the cable setting.

Note: Most TVs have a single coax input so there is no TV input change for OTA vs cable. There may be an external AV box or AB switch that needs to be set depending upon your rig.
