I will be getting new tires soon, and for reasons I can't go into here, it will involve riding up on blocks so I can take two wheels off, then taking two wheels into the shop, getting the new tires on...

Used a flat concrete pad at a friends gravel yard, jacked all the wheels up and put sturdy jack stands under each axel as close to the wheel as possible, removed all four wheels and took them to the tire store. Returned and put them all on. No issues, problems or mishaps.
