Just wondering when traveling cross-country and stopping in a campground for just one night if people leave their 5th wheel attached to the truck. Is it advisable? Or are there possible issues? Only ...

We stay hooked up for an overnight. Try to get as level as possible and drop the legs just for stability. I don't usually disconnect the umbilical cord for just one night, but sometimes we may stay hooked up for a week as we have a chase car. More than one night I disconnect umbilical cord. Keep it simple. Worked for us for 10 years now. Saves us about 15 minutes on setup and takedown. rockin'
