one night stops
Just wondering when traveling cross-country and stopping in a campground for just one night if people leave their 5th wheel attached to the truck. Is it advisable? Or are there possible issues? Only ...

I guess I am in the minority. I never leave my truck hooked up and put the slides out. When I am hooked up I am a little nose high and I just don't believe in operating the slides when I am not pretty close to level. I have never needed a slide adjusted or repaired.
Since I unhook and level my cord is, of course put away. I cover the end of my cord with a half tennis ball to protect it when not hooked up to the truck.
A lot of RVers do not realize that the end of that cord is hot when dangling off the front of their fivers.
