Ditto on the mileage. I'm getting between 8 & 9 mpg with our 42.5' TH which pushes 19.5k loaded. I'd hoped for more based on the close to 15mpg I get not towing, but such is life. I'm very pleased with the towing with the F350 dually.
+1 on the radios for backing, plus I've added a camera which gives me a little visibility for both backing and seeing what's behind me on the road. Either way, though, 40+ feet restricts access and maneuverability in many situations.
