Opinions needed regarding this floorplan

Not much elbow room at the bathroom sink,I sure would not care for the rear door location,as others have pointed out,the steps would be off the concrete slab in many parks,The recliner blocking the doorway would be a deal breaker for me.
I would say.....Keep looking,the perfect one is out there waiting for you to make an offer.
