We picked up our new 2014 Cruiser Patriot 305SK the end of August at Camping World in AZ, during a 6 hour PDI we found several items that they took care of, replaced the microwave, put extra roof sealant around the ladder, cleaned up some white paint over spray on the curb side.
When we got home we took it out on 2 trips, a 2 night with full hooks ups and 5 nights dry camping. After those trips we had a list of 22 items that needed to be corrected, both the living room and kitchen slides either did not open all the way or close all the way and the kitchen slide drops down hard when opening, one window did not open, some of the kitchen drawers needed to be realigned(I fixed these myself), the dining table extension was warped, the propane line to the refrigerator would kink when the slide was closed, the bed platform was not level, the head was 1.5 inches lower than the foot and several other items.
We brought the trailer to our local Camping World to have all these items corrected. It was there for 4 weeks, during that time they corrected some of the items but were waiting on Crossroads to authorize the bigger issues. The day I picked up the trailer they received the authorization for the remaining items. I brought the trailer back to Camping World 2 weeks ago and they are working on completing my list of items.
Camping World has been easy to work with and so far they have done a good job fixing the issues, we hope when we get it back this time everything will be corrected. We both love the floor plan in this trailer, the kitchen has lots of counter space and the overall trailer is fine.
