We have a 2012 Sundance 3100RB. The XLT is the lighter version of the Sundance line. Many features and finishes are the same between the two models. We gross 12,000# when loaded (GVWR is 14,500# ?)but we are also 6-8' longer. But the units are very similar. cabinets, appliances, etc... We are fairly happy with our Sundance. We spent over a hundred days in it this last summer. Camped from Easter Weekend to the beginning of November with a 3 week trip over the 4th of July to the east coast. Other than some minor issues it's been a good unit. Minor issues: got some junk caught in the black valve so it dripped, shut a slide on the bunkhouse door (our fault) just busted some trim. TV antenna vibrated loose needed tighten up. The normal minor stuff.
We done some minor upgrades like a heat-pump in the master bedroom since my partner has temperature sensitive asthma. Maxxair vent covers and other type stuff.
Edit: almost forgot on the closet slide, we did have one cable come loose. The bolt heads sheared off. Put some new screws in it and back in business.
