Is your insurance company covering the damage? I have heard of people that where in a hail storm, and the insurance covered $15,000 of the damage, so basically they paid off the RV and bought it back from the insurance company for say $2,500.
That is what you buy insurance for. . .
They will make it look like it was new, by replacing it with the same material that the manufacture installed. Or if the unit is say 3-4 years old, the insurance agent has the option of finding a equal used unit (normally the same model number and manufacture or might upgrade with your approval) and buying that one to replace yours, then sell yours for scrap value. . .
