Other items to think about during roof replacement?

I feel your pain having been there. Even with your insurannce claim, you can still do "betterments" and pay the difference. When we had ours done I put In a better Fantastic Fan in the bedroom and had one installed in the LR where there was only a vent. Power was close by so had one with a remote installed. Good Luck!
