The reason toy haulers don't have them is probably because space is at a premium already with regard to what's inside, taking up space against a wall.
I look at toy haulers every RV show I go to, and there doesn't really seem to be a spot to put an outdoor kitchen anywhere, on any of the various rigs I've seen.
