I look at toy haulers every RV show I go to, and there doesn't really seem to be a spot to put an outdoor kitchen anywhere, on any of the various rigs I've seen.
That's my theory as well. I like the concept of an outdoor kitchen but I can make better use of the space with my own make shift set up outdoor kitchen.
I simply don't want to dedicate the space for the convenience of a built in outdoor kitchen.
In the end any RV, even a large toy hauler is too small to have 2 dedicated kitchens.
