We have a Cougar Xlite with just a basin, I like the fact that we can just take it and dump the water out. So far everywhere we have used it we were in a spot that was wooded and I just toss it out in the woods. Cooking three meals a day for several days and washing the dishes uses quite a bit of water not to mention the hand washing. Some friends of ours do not have an outdoor kitchen or sink on their FW and said that they would do more cooking if they had an outdoor sink. Another bonus is that all of the grease doesn't go down the drain and stop it up or begin to make the grey tank to smell. But that is just my opinion. I will say that if we were in a campground tightly pack or a non wooded site, I would probably do things differently.
