Over doing it with the anti freeze ?????

When winterizing my TT I notice that the A/f is not as pink as it look inside the bottle but it is some what pink when it hits the bottom of sink or toilet it really looks pink. I'am over panicking on this? I just think that there is not enough A/F in the lines??? maybe my imagination??:?
  • Next time put it in a cup and it will look as pink. How many quarts/gallons did you use?
Did you bypass hot water, drain tanks and remember the city water inlet?
  • :h Yaaa, I think you are getting kinda (ain't gonna say it) on that issue.

I never use 2 gallons total when I do mine, but it winters in central IL.
  • The pink part is just a dye and doesn't indicate how strong it is.
They're probably saving $.00000000001 per gallon by reducing the colorant.
  • I've always just gone by the pink coming out of all faucets, stool and shower and never had any trouble in spite of below zero temps.
