I have a PA EZ PAss, and tow with it just like I do when I'm not towing. I never even knew there were different set ups.
Only time I've been overcharged is when using the high speed lanes on I78 coming from NJ. It charges by weight, and it read my combo as commercial. I sent in for a refund, and got it within 3 weeks...
