If this was a problem with a car I bet the car manufacturer would do a better of taking care of the problem.

I had it repainted and a few years later it started coming back.
depends on the manufacturer...I work for Honda...there was a paint issue with the top sides of Civics a few years back...Honda covered the repaints 100%
