Painting your hitch ?
I want to paint my hitch this winter while the trailer is away. I was just wondering whats paint you guys have used and have had success with for bonding and shine etc ? Thanks

On the mating surfaces, run something cheap and paint yearly (or more). Bumpers and other things that don't see wear I prefer to prep with a sanding disk (paint stripper for your drill) and paint with rattle can epoxy paint. I did the 3.5 x 3.5 x .25 post for my gate 4 years ago, wipe it with anything and it looks new.
