In many places there is a difference between parking and living. Parking an RV on the street is one thing, living in it there is another.
Now I will say we lived in our 5er for a few days while we were closing up the house this past fall, but we have 8 acres in the country with closest neighbor approx 1/2 mile away.
If the OP is for real, there is tons of homework to be done before proceeding.
