We tested out a 38 Ft. Motorhome to see if it fit in our backyard and it didn't work out. The 35ft motorhome did so we bought that one.. With us it was all about the wheel base, I guess the turning range. Three years ago my sister and her husband parked their 30 ft. Fifth wheel in our backyard and camped in it for 3 months and with the awning out, but last year they bought a 35 ft. Fifth wheel and we couldn't get in our backyard. Perhaps if we hired a professional that moves trailers.
