Parking in Sloped Driveway

Well, there's always storage parking when you don't think ahead.

I suggest you find somewhere else. Sorry.

I'm pretty adventurous and wouldn't take any trailer down a 14% slope with a hand held device.
If it aint hooked to something with some real mass (a vehicle), please video the first attempt!

This sounds like there is a HOA involved. Since you can't use a vehicle, that leaves out a truck with a winch.
Maybe it's time to look for off site RV storage.

I used a trailer tug to move a 5,000 lb trailer up and down my driveway that is equally steep. Contact the companies direct and provide specs to them. With the steeper driveway I opted for a model with 3 wheels (each is very wide as with a golf cart) and gearing for the load. I went with a 100VAC model so all I needed was a long 12 gauge extension cord.
This is one such trailer tug though I bought mine from a company based in Calfornia and they provided the option of additional tires to provide more traction on the driveway.

Another possible option with a 4WD truck is to add a hitch receiver to the front of the frame and push the trailer up the driveway.

I'll check out those links, wintersun - thank you! We're trying to think ahead - we haven't bought the trailer yet, just trying to see if we can avoid off-site storage when we do. It has to go in tongue-first because if we back it in it will hit the house roof overhang.

Presuming the driveway is so short that you cant park the trailer backed in, the tongue will likely be longer than your eaves. So if you have a mover attached to the tongue, won't that run into the house? (Or is there a carport there?)
Suggestions?
1. Rpod or teardrop type trailer, lower height at the rear, then could back it in, under the eaves maybe.
2. Popup camper.

Could you use a power winch to bring it up and down the driveway? Like you would see on an off road rig.

I had a 3 wheel battery operated trailer dolly for moving my solarium showroom trailer in an out of homeshow venues. Trailer weighed around 3000 pounds.

I once tried running it down an incline to get it out of the building, nose first, dolly leading down the incline. Not sure exactly what the incline was, maybe about 10% or so. I thought it would work ok.

Well, the darn thing nearly got away on me. It was all I could do to hold it from bowling the dolly over an me with it. The dolly wasn't too heavy, I could lift it into the back of my truck by myself. Maybe 150 pounds or so.

I only ever tried that once.....
