How did I not know this? Simple, I don't camp at State Parks.That's not hard to figure out. And as for the private campgrounds as I've said, I never been to one that charges more for 50amp. Give me some examples of the campgrounds in and around West Michigan / Ohio that charge extra so I know the ones to avoid.
