I don't mind paying a reasonable surcharge if I use more electricity. If I used and extra KW every hour for a day and it cost 15 cents per kwh, that would be $3.60
The reality is that my 2 ACs cool off my rig pretty well and they don't run all day and night. Somebody with one AC actually might have to run continuously. Wonder which scenario actually uses more power over the day?
