Have them pull it inside their shop, un-winterize it and then check/run all the systems. They aren't busy this time of the year. Then re-winterize.
Be there while they do this and be part of it.
Congrats and good luck with your new rig.
(by the way, I'm not a fan of a winter delivery. You can burn through much of your warranty time while it waits for your first use.)
