Plus 1 on what pearly101 said.
We bought our '13 Cougar X-Lite from Scott O. at Pete's RV in Indiana. Very good guy to deal with (tell him Jeff and Tom, my dad, said hello). My dad traded his '00 Montana in for a new '13 Montana also. Both deals were the most pleasurable large item purchases we have ever had. Everything went thru as expected and the walk through on both were spot on. They check them out pretty good when they get them from the factory and also have a area where you can camp overnight right there on-site to checkout if everything works. They said they are one of the largest (if not THE largest) dealers of Keystone campers so if you need something special they have a little clout there too. They also have a store in Vermont.
If you need they also can deliver the camper to you thru a separate delivery service company. We decided to drive the 600 mile round trip and pick the campers up at the dealership.
We definitely recommend them to everyone as we saved almost $10,000 and a 2-3 months wait period for the camper we wanted over the local dealer.
It is all legit, so don't be afraid to wire that money over to them when you do choose to buy that special camper.
