OK we know you have a hitch that has ZERO chucking issues. So that is not part of your issue.
As I asked what are your weights and air pressures???
The TrailAir simply will NOT cause chucking.
I don't know what my pin weight is. Can't weigh it anytime soon. I'm not saying the TrailAir is causing the chucking. I'm saying it does nothing to eliminate chucking and I am wondering if putting on the MorRyde I recently acquired is worth trying. Looks like I will find out when I get a chance to install it. From most of what I have read it should help. I'll be happy to let you know how it works out.

Until you know what your weights are and have rear tires inflated to your weight you are wasting your time changing pin boxes.
I have to guess more inflate to their max weight rating when towing a fifth wheel, I do .I have always ran 80 psi in my rear tires. Yes dually's are different air pressures.
What you are saying, the chucking is air pressure in the rear tires, IMO thats a stretch., but I do know DRW are different. His fifth wheel is nearly 40', 2500 lb dry pin weight 16,500 GVWR. Loaded ,and being fairly conservative at 20% for pin weight ,he's running around 3300 lbs. on the truck. Its usually when there is not sufficient pin weight, that pretty much rules that out as the reason for chucking.
Those weights are pretty close to what I tow, and style of fifth wheel with a MorRyde pin box, and its a smooth ride. IMO he is far from wasting his time trying that MorRyde.
Lets put it this way if its just air pressure I will eat that MorRyde ,better yet I will eat it if it doesn't help .:B I don't mind eating my words, but as said I think he is far from wasting his time trying that MorRyde .
Not sure you know how effective that MorRyde pin box is . MorRyde is a pretty reputable company, builds a lot of great products.
