Most mfgrs have excellent tech lines, and the price is right.

They can only help if they know what bolt you are using and if it was me I wouldn't be using the ones I took out. I have no way of knowing what the last yo-yo did to them with his impact wrench or cheater. The manufacturer can tell you the minimum torque required but it's still up to you to ensure the bolt/nut can take it.
