You will need that tractor work, majority of fivers will be over 12'6" especially if bedroom height is 6+ ft. My unit is 12'3" with bedroom A/C and bedroom height is slightly less than 6 ft.
I have been really looking at specs and most are over 12'. There is a 2012 Greystone we saw online and really like. It is listed at 11'8" for height with the AC in the rear.
