Height of the Andersen is not critical, it and/or the pin box can be adjusted as needed.
At the rear axle, the bed floor is probably 35 inches off the ground and under load may drop to 33 inches. Bed is around 20-21 inches tall, so loaded the top of the truck bed will be around 53-54 inches. You need minimum of 6 inches clearance to the underside of the bedroom, so 59-60 inches is needed. In my experience, factory setup of the pin box has a 12 inch drop from the underside of the bedroom to the king pin plate. Assuming a pin height of 47 inches, that puts the underside of the trailer right at 59 inches. Anyway, when you measure pin height on a fiver, also measure the pin drop as well. Finally, being 1 or 2 inches nose high is not a big deal as long as the bedroom A/C clears your storage shed.
