place to stay in DC area
Going to DC area in Oct. and will visit the Tomb of the Unknown, other monuments, and Smithsonian. looking for something close to their public transportation. Don't know anything about the area.

I am also planning a trip to DC. I plan on staying at the Greenbelt National Park in Green belt Md. It is run by the Park Service and will be $8/night with the old geezers pass
