Times 2 on all the above. By chance is this problem using your water pump or on city water or both?

And - by any chance are you using a "regulator" at the hose bib?

The $10. variety really just *restrict* water flow - and as
they age pressure & flow will decrease.

*If* you are using one of those try a test without it.

A Watts *regulator* is a vast improvement - and it's adjustable.
