Viair 400 specs
12 VOLT - 150 PSI Max Working Pressure, engine must be running during use.
2.54CFM Free Flow @ 0 PSI. This unit has a built in pressure switch which keeps the air line inflated at 150PSI.
Powered direct to the car battery with alligator clamps, comes with a 40 amp in-line fuse.
Great for inflating tires up to 35inches on off-road and agricultural vehicles.
I feel that I generally get at least 1-2 CFM at working pressures.
That sounds like a pretty nice unit... the Craftsman I spoke of is only 3.0 CFM. The small DC type I have doesn't have a CFM rating that I could find but it's probably pretty minimal. I mainly just use it for pumping up kid's basketballs and whatnot.
