to get another as most of our summertime cooking is done
outside on the patio (don't heat up the house).

That $18 Wally World heater will keep the trailer surprisingly warm and is no more/less a fire hazard than some of the other heaters suggested, plus it takes up little storage space. I have two of them, but found one does a more than adequate job of keeping the entire trailer comfortable.
Don't over think the issue, after all you're not buying a central heat/air system for your stick n' brick.
