When the output socket went bad on my 50Amp Progressive, I had a brand new (improved) one within a week. No questions asked.
One thing I do every time I plug in to a new pedestal is put a shot of dielectric grease in each hole. This not only keeps moisture away from the contacts and greatly slows down or eliminate corrosion of the contact, but it also lubricates the contact making removal easier. I also keep this same grease in the output plug on the PT50.
