Possible 4 season 5ers and minimum requirements?

I thought we found something that we could live in for a while, a 2011 Wildcat, but the brochure does not list a heated underbelly, and it only has 30 amp service (1 A/C). So now, the search is back ...

In the south? Just about any RV would work OK. For the very few days a year you get cold temps just go for it. Now, if you really want a good RV for full timing, start looking at Teton, Mobile Suites and the like. 50A will allow you to use 2 AC units at the same time, plus other stuff.
