The one thing to really listen to is getting the Andersen hitch. There will be critics, but I will remind you now, they are going to be mostly the B&W Fan club, and have never even owned an Andersen.
My point regardless, I have towed for years with a conventional hitch, and it performed flawlessly, but for reasons on summer trips I needed a hitch that I could remove easily by myself, the Andersen fit the bill with that. Along with just being a great hitch to tow with.
Hopefully the critics will leave the bashing alone on this thread when it comes to the Andersen.
