Having had direct personal experience on significant repairs with both (although admittedly a couple of years ago), I would recommend PPL.
Not that it would influence the decision, but, FWIW, I always found it to be more of a PITA than I thought it would be to bash my way through traffic to get to PPL.
Depending where you're actually located you might also consider Channelview RV supply.....had good experience with them as well.
