Not to be too nit-picky, but disc brake parts are called brake pads, not shoes. The shoes are what are installed with drum brakes. OTOH I wouldn't be too concerned with the quality of the parts from Mexico, however I would balk at brake pads from China. They could be using recycled yak hair.
