My first set of these pads in 2012 said "NAPA United" Made In USA. This is what I was given when I said I wanted their BEST Semi Metallic pad again in 2015. I questioned them and they said they were their BEST.
I bought a discontinued drag link from RockAuto that was dirt cheap and it was top quality US made "Pro Series". I assume your pads will be US.
