I have the TST and it works well for pressure. However, if I had it to do over again, I would go for the Valor (or equivalent) rim mounted inside the tire. Temperature is more accurate and reliable and pressure may be more accurate as well-- Valor claims 1% accuracy for temp and pressure and TST is vague in their specs. The only advantage the stem mounted sensors have over rim mounted is convenience of not dismounting a tire. If one goes the rim mounted they can also include the tire balancing beads when they dismount the tire. The beads are the best way to balance the tires according to the truckers because the tires stay balance over their life time and tire wear has no effect.
