Price thoughts on this fiver

We are considering buying a fiver to be left in AZ at a park, for snowbirding. This DRV is a 2006 so condition is more important than whatever a book price says. I have no idea about the value of an 11-12 y.o. luxury fiver. What is your opinion? Thanks.

X2. And you don't need an HDT to tow it; I would tow it with my truck without any hesitation at all.

  • That is more than a lot of Park models already set up are bringing on the resalemarket in various RV parks.

  • Before you buy it, take a look at the website for Kansas RV Center. They have a number of used high-end 5th wheels on the lot. All of theirs have been thoroughly checked out from end to end, so no guessing as to condition of what you are buying. The pricing on their high-end used units is VERY reasonable.
We were just up there this Monday and looked at 8, used, 5th wheel units. I would say all 8 were as good as, if not better than what you are looking at. Plus, the prices are great. We are going back to pick up the one we bought, an 05 Hitchiker, in a couple of weeks. Great folks to deal with, fair prices, and a great selection on hand. FYI, we gave about $10,000 less than what that one is priced for. It pays to shop.
  • It seems to be priced right according to this.
    Elite Suites.

Is that the first of the model? I don't see any older than that year. It's a lovely looking fifth wheel, but needs a MDT to haul it anywhere.
