Given the cost of repair to a bent MAIN FRAME of a FW, I don't see why the OP's insurance co. simply doesn't total it. Either that, or =they= need to go after LCI, Dexter, the dealer =and= Primetime. That's why we =have= insurance.
Personally, I'd be hammering on everyone, including my insurance agent, to get this handled. I'd also be writing up a detailed "incident report", with lots and lots of pics, and post it on the Net, with links to it, then spread it to every RV forum I could join, especially anything linked to Primetime...and name names!
