IMHO I would go after Prime Time. You bought the trailer in good faith from them and they must warrant any problems. If it's a Lippert problem, PT can go after them. If it's a failure with another one of PT's sub contractors, let them go after them, not you. On the other hand, if something was hit on the road, it's your insurance company's problem.
It might not hurt to contact your lender on the trailer to ask for help.
