I have a Grand Design Reflection 323BHS bunk house. At 37', it weighs about 11K and has a 2K pin weight--and is 3/4 ton diesel truck towable.
Most bunk house fivers with the second bath are very heavy and long--requiring a dually to tow. The second bath will also add $5-6K to the price. I don't want a second bath to have to deal with and clean.
My trailer has a leather J Bed with folding bed above and two other beds on the other side. I have a top rate flat screen tv back there, and it makes for a great Man Cave. I also have an outside kitchen below the top bed with a fridge, sink, 2 burner stove, microwave and gas grill.
