I'm trying to remember where the 30 amp fuses are located in the circuit. It seems to me they are on the output side and blow if the battery power is reversed, but this doesn't make sense to me. I'll look up your charger schematic in a minute. As a quick check of the location of the problem, lift the two black wires at the charger and try flipping the disconnect. If it does not blow the fuses it is downstream from the charger, if they still blow it is your charger/converter, which is my guess at this point.
I wish someone(I know, "I used to wonder why someone didn't do something and then I realized I was "someone") would put together an in general diagnostic manual with in general schematics and not make and model specific ones. I kinda have one in my favorites but is a pain to find and use. I'v got to work on that.
