If you have ever been behind a semi when one of the tires blow you
wouldn't want to get to close. Especially in the summer time when
temp's get high and the re-caps come off trailer tire's, just look
at the tire parts laying all over the road commonly known as
gator's to truckers....
Same with riding side of the tires on a semi, don't do it, either
pass or stay behind at a safe distance. A blown tire can go
thought a windshield or side window and hurt or kill you :(,
so please just don't do it.:S
