propane or electric?
Being on a tight budget, Would anyone know, is it cheaper to operate the rv fridge on propane instead of electric, and heat the water on propane instead of electricity.??

It depends on how much you are paying for electricity. There are some comparison calculators online.
If the electricity is coming from a portable generator then propane is WAY cheaper.
